  • Best for 1H direct detection and and indirect detection (in 2D experiments) of X nucleus ranging from 23 to 203 MHz

  • Four channels: 1H, X1 (13C), X2 (15N) and lock
  • Best for direct detection of 1H and indirect detection of 13C and 15N

  • Temp: -20 to 80C
  • Four channels: 1H, 13C, 15N and lock (2H)
  • Best for 1H direct detection and indirect detection of 13C and 15N in 2D-4D NMR.
  • Autotuning not available.
  • Varian DBG600-5F 1H-19F/15N-31P with PFG, 5mm dual broadband
  • Temp: -80 to 120C
  • Three channels: 1H/19F, X and lock
  • Best for X nucleus (15N-31P) direct detection

Bruker Avance NEO 500 MHz

(actively shielded, bore size: 54mm)

Installed in January 2020
  • 5mm CryoProbe Prodigy BBO probe with Z-axis PFG, tunable from 15N to 31P and for 1H/19F. This is a 5mm X-nuclei optimized double resonance cryoprobe (CRPN2-DR-BB/1H&19F-5mm-EZ) designed for X-nuclei observation with 1H decoupling and 1H observation with X-nuclei decoupling. Note: the capabilities described on Bruker website may differ from this probe.
  • Temp: -40 to 150C
  • User height 24-slot sample lift
  • Auto-tuning, auto-locking, and auto-shimming
Backup probe: Room-temperature SmartProbe.
  • This is a 5mm X-nuclei-optimized double resonance broad banded probe designed for X-nuclei observation with 1H decoupling and 1H observation.
  • BB range 19F, 31P-109Ag
  • VT range -150 C to +150 C
Bruker Avance III HD 400 MHz

Installed in June 2020
  • Room-temperature SmartProbe, tunable from 109Ag to 31P and for 1H/19F. This is a 5mm X-nuclei-optimized double resonance broad banded probe (RT-DR-BF/1H-5mm-OZ SP) designed for X-nuclei observation with 1H decoupling and 1H observation. Note: the capabilities described on Bruker website may differ from this probe.
  • User height 24-slot sample lift
  • Auto-tuning, auto-locking, and auto-shimming
